Terms: We will provide you with a free initial design for a kitchen, bathroom, deck, home addition, closet, wardrobe wall, garage or outbuilding. If we then build or remodel the structure for you within one year of the completion of the design, the design is free. However, if we do not build or remodel the structure within one year, we will bill you for the design at our standard rates at the end of the one year period. We reserve the right to refuse to provide a design to anyone, and if we begin a design, may terminate it at any time and decline to proceed further with the design.
